2. Who is a New Customer?

A person who has not previously purchased a motorcycle from Harley-Davidson® Dhahran, Jeddah or Riyadh.

3. When Should the Referral Be Given?

The referral must be provided before or at the time of booking. Referrals given after purchase (retroactive) will not be accepted.

4. When is the Referral Valid?

A referral is valid only when:
- Full payment is completed
- Invoice is completed
- Bike is delivered
- SWR is processed

5. Rewards

Full Price New Bike 1,000 Chromepoints
Discounted New Bike: 500 Chromepoints
Pre-Owned Bike: 500 Chromepoints

 

6. What is a Discounted Bike?

Any bike sold with promotions, free services, or price reductions.

 

7. Payment Timeline

Your reward will be credited to your Chrome Points account within 24 hours once all conditions are completed.

 

8. Referral Confirmation Requirement

The referred customer must confirm the referrer’s name at the time of booking or inquiry. If not confirmed, the referral will not be valid.

 

9. Duplicate Referrals

If multiple people claim the same customer, only the first confirmed and recorded referral will be accepted.

 

10. Important Rules

- No combining with other major offers

 

11. Company Rights

Harley-Davidson® Saudi Arabia (Dhahran, Jeddah and Riyadh) reserves the right to approve or reject referrals and modify the program at any time.
